We may also receive limited technical information commonly generated when a website is accessed, such as browser type, device type, general location, referring page, and basic server or security logs.
How Information May Be Used

Lodestar Digital Experiences may use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand site performance, page activity, and privacy-safe conversion events. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company names, websites, and free-text inquiry details should not be sent to analytics events.
We may also preserve first-party attribution such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, term, original referrer, and original landing page when available. Attribution is used to understand how visitors found Lodestar and should not contain personal inquiry details.
Third-Party Services
Our websites may link to or use third-party services such as website hosting, email, scheduling, commerce, or embedded content providers.
Lodestar Digital Experiences is hosted on Vercel. Executive intake emails may be processed through Resend. Bot and abuse protection may be provided through Cloudflare Turnstile. These providers process information only as needed to operate, secure, measure, and respond to the site and inquiry workflow.
Those services may process information under their own privacy policies. Lodestar is not responsible for the privacy practices of unrelated third-party websites.
Data Retention
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, legitimate business needs, dispute resolution, security, and applicable legal obligations.
Executive intake submissions may be retained in Lodestar business email systems as operational lead records. Lodestar does not use a first-party database for the v1 intake workflow.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No website, email system, or electronic transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Choices
You may contact Lodestar to:
- request access to personal information you previously provided
- request correction or deletion
- withdraw from nonessential communications
- ask questions about how your information is handled
